Return Process

- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at a certified carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
